LiveCycle and Acrobat crash when distributing form

I am trying to distribute a form created in Livecycle. I have tried distributing it in LiveCycle and in Acrobat 9 but both programs crash when I click Send.  I tried disabling my antivirus software, but this didn't have any effect.  What's happening??
